FEATURES
USER SWITCH WITH MILKING STATUS LED
- A robust, intuitive push button switch with multi-coloured LED lights makes it easy to operate the cup remover, and see the status of the milking at a glance.
LIFT TO START MILKING PROCESS
- The cluster starts milking as soon as you lift it - no need to reach for a start switch. This feature significantly reduces milking time and operator fatigue.
GLOBAL WASH
- A single switch automatically puts all the milking points into ‘wash mode’. Another time saver, this feature also makes sure all the cups are washed correctly every time.
MAX MILKING TIME
- Automatically stops milking regardless of the milk flow – so there is no more waiting for the slowest cow in the run. It can also be set to stop milking, even when animals are milked in ‘manual mode’ (to protect against accidentally over-milking).
KICK OFF ALERT
- If the cups are kicked off, the CR-1 will raise an alarm.
COW RETENTION CONTROL
- The CR-1 can independently control a retention bar to retain a cow which has kicked her cups off/is still milking at the rotary exit and needs to be re-presented to the milking operator. This function can be set to only operate at the rotary exit, reducing wear and maintenance costs on the retention system.
CLUSTER DROP
- The CR-1 can be set to lower the cluster so it travels underneath the bridge, and gives unrestricted access for the cows as they enter/exit the rotary.
TAKE OFF BY POSITION
- Stops milking at a fixed position on the rotary regardless of milk flow. This makes sure each cow completes only one rotation, and reduces overall milking time.
PULSATION CONTROL
- The CR-1 can control pulsators, which lowers vacuum consumption (pulsator only operates while cups are attached to a cow). It gives old pulsation systems a new lease of life by replacing the pulsation controller and wiring looms.
IN BAIL TEAT SPRAY
- Teat spray every cow, every time – eliminating the need for an extra person in the dairy. A better teat coverage is achieved by spraying from below the cow, rather than from behind.
